After skiing, it is good to loosen up the muscles and stretch in all directions! We get to know our bodies in a fun way and we turn into other creatures. Whether dogs, cats, snakes, bears or butterflies - we climb, crawl, jump, roll and run! Finally, we relax to land back in our own bodies after this fantastic journey.
